Just a friendly reminder that today is LAST day of the month to print your printable coupons! I noticed that at Coupons.com, for me at least, they reset the Del Monte Pineapple coupon and the Starkist pouch coupon. Also, there is a coupon for $1.50 off two pkgs of Keebler Cookies. This high value coupon may be useful in a later sale, so be sure to print it today before it's gone!

Our Payless Bounty!

I was soooo excited to get that 50% off coupon for Payless and since I knew my daughter needed new shoes I was determined to use it before the coupon expired! Unfortunately I had to wait until Friday when we got paid again and I was afraid all of the good shoes would be gone! But, luckily they still seemed well stocked on Friday evening (although they were more busy than I ever seen them before)! I even saw friends there (one of my favorite things about sharing this blog with you)!

So these are the shoes we finally settled on (not the silver Hannah Montana ones that my daughter wanted :-) and two pairs of tights she needed to go with her church dresses (not pictured because they're washing).

 Total Spent after coupon $16.24! Maybe it's just me, but it seemed like the price of their shoes were higher than usual. Her shoes were originally priced at $24.99!!!

SAFEWAY DEALS!

Do you mind if I get on my Soap box for just a minute? In the past I have had "issues" with Safeway. First of all, I trek all the way into town (sometimes JUST for Safeway) and then I end up leaving with nothing because of some "problem." It bugs me that they will only take 1 of each printed coupon and then you can't use their coupons unless spend $20 first. And in all honesty, I sometimes don't pay close attention to the bottom of the coupons and so I mess up the deal myself. But they DON'T usually have very good deals in the first place so it's not worth spending $20 on things I will get so much cheaper elsewhere. Anyway, thanks for listening. I hope your experiences at Safeway have been better than mine. And occasionally you can get a really good deal on a couple of items, but sometimes I wonder if it's worth the headache! :-)

Usually you can only print 2 of each coupon for the entire month, but occasionally they will reset a coupon. But 6 TIMES??!!! That's unheard of and great news for all of us!!! Also, for those who say you never get coupons on the things you really buy (like fruit) there's a coupon for .75 off a Del Monte Pineapple. Fry's will double your coupons up to $1 and these were recently on sale for $1 making the pineapple FREE!!! So print these right away, since they only allow so many prints and then they take the coupon away!

Have you heard about the Old Navy Hidden Coupons? This is so much fun! Every week Old Navy updates their page with a new scene. What you have to do is click around on different items and try to put them in different places. For example, If you wave your mouse over a scarf and your mouse turns into the hand thingy, then you know you can move it and you have to find where it belongs (around someone's neck, in their purse, etc.) When you find the right place a coupon will pop up and tell you if it's still available or not. Then you just enter your info and they email it to you. You can even find another coupon and email it to a friend! At the top of the page it will tell you which coupons are still available. In case you hadn't heard yet, Target will Price Match with other stores now! The only downside is you have to pay for all the items you're pricematching at the Customer Service Counter. If you get a copy of the current Walgreen's Ad (you can pick one up right inside the door) they have listed Chex Mix (the larger bags) for $1.50. Then you can use the $1/1 Target Coupon Here and the coupons for .50 OFF HERE, HERE, HERE, AND HERE for a total of FREE. Remember you can Print 2 of each coupon. Also, Buyer Beware...I've had some trouble with Target since this is so new to most of their employees. The Target Coupon says "Limit one offer per transaction" so I usually do a couple of different small transactions. But some cashiers don't mind and will ring it all up together. It just depends on who you get.
